Dynamic Balancing
At SNR Engineering Services, our workshop is facilitated with Universal Horizontal Balancing Machine – Rotor Balancer Model: HE3K-B (combined BELT & END drive).
The Universal Horizontal Balancing Machine performs precision balancing of the rotors such as armatures, generator rotor, fan impeller, turbines, rollers, pump rotors etc, up to a weight of 3.0 ton for rotors with a maximum diameter of 2100 mm and a maximum length of 2500 mm bed + Gap + 1000 mm to obtain ISO 1940/1, Quality Grade 2.5, to minimize overall vibration levels and ensure smooth operation.
